Specialist Schooling

Blake Morgan chose Premier Corporate Relocation Services to find a property that would take into consideration the complex medical and clinical requirements of their client whose daughter needed to attend a specialist school, whilst taking into account the needs of the rest of the family.

Premier Relocation Services viewed and assessed the rental properties with the family and secured a property, negotiating the tenancy agreement and assisting with the co-ordination of the move. After a few months, the family were happily settled into the area and felt ready to make the next move and purchase a property which could be adapted for their daughter’s special needs and the family’s requirements.

Within one month Premier Property Search negotiated the purchase with a ‘long stop’ completion date, in a village on the outskirts of Lincoln. The transaction included reasonable access to the property for professionals and tradesman to plan the detailed adaptation programme and meant that the family were able to move into their new property in time for the start of the new school year.
