After introductions, we start by listening. No two clients are the same and we know that everyone has different expectations and needs. By taking the time to understand what is important to each client and their family we have a thorough shared understanding of what we need to do to make the move a successful one. The Relocation Consultant will outline the service and the support we can offer throughout. As well as understanding the client requirements it is important we share our expertise and insights on the UK housing market. Starting a dialogue as early as possible in the process helps the employee feel supported from the outset and demonstrates that they are in safe professional hands.

We provide every Assignee with up-to-date, relevant information in relation to their Relocation, move and settling in the UK.

We advise on living & working in the UK including accommodation, education & schooling, medical care, banking, shopping, utilities and local authority services, T.V. Licences, parking permit, telephone services, public and private transport, health & fitness clubs.

2. Strong effective communication

Nothing beats clear and effective communication, especially at what can often be a potentially stressful time. We know that everyone has preferred channels, for some it’s WhatsApp for others it’s emails or regular status calls. Sometimes decisions need to be made fast or questions answered quickly and we know that excellent customer service is largely dependent upon us being accessible and proactive throughout the process.

3. Adapting to change

We have been in the business for over 30 years and it is constantly evolving and we are always responsive to change. In recent years demands have changed in many ways. With more flexi-working post pandemic, clients are increasingly looking for housing which can accommodate working from home (WFH). Arranging client viewings has also changed, with virtual tours in some instances and moving to most viewings to weekends and after hours as opposed to weekday slots historically being the norm. Whatever the change, we embrace it to make sure we are giving our clients what the perfect corporate relocation.
